Neptunia Unlimited will have a Season Pass with 5 DLC packs adding sub-stories and accessories

Compile Heart has published a new press release for Choushinjikuu Game Neptune Unlimited in Japan. While most of the press release covers exclusive bonus merchandise that will be offered by numerous Japanese store outlets, it also has a primary highlight in the confirmation of a Season Pass containing a batch of additional DLC packs.

Each DLC pack will notably add several Sub Scenarios that add more optional stories to the new mainline Neptunia entry, along with more accessories and other items. The first pack will be available on the same day the game releases in Japan on August 27, with subsequent packs to be released gradually on a monthly basis within the year 2026.

A detailed schedule for the DLC packs’ gradual releases in Japan is also available right below:

1. 1st DLC pack – August 27 – 3 Sub Scenarios, 3 In-Game Items, and 2 In-Game Accessories
2. 2nd DLC pack – September 24 – 3 Sub Scenarios, 3 In-Game Items, and 2 In-Game Accessories
3. 3rd DLC pack – October 29 – 4 Sub Scenarios, 3 In-Game Items, and 2 In-Game Accessories
4. 4th DLC pack – November 26 – 3 Sub Scenarios, 3 In-Game Items, and 2 In-Game Accessories
5. 5th DLC pack – December 24 – 5 Sub Scenarios, 2 In-Game Items, and 1 In-Game Accessory

This Season Pass will also be included in the physical Galaxy Edition that costs ¥19,800 and the Digital Deluxe Edition at ¥14,300. The Digital Deluxe Edition will also come with a digital visual book and soundtrack, while the physical Galaxy Edition will also add a promotional card for the Divine Cross card game. Regular editions of the game that cost ¥8,580 will not include the Season Pass by default.

Choushinjikuu Game Neptune Unlimited will be available first in Japan for Nintendo Switch 1&2 and PlayStation 4&5 on August 27. Idea Factory has yet to announce an official English release for Neptunia Unlimited as of this writing.
